What drives your productivity – is it the system, the people, or the processes? The truth is that all these have an impact on the outcome, and you have to keep track of them all. Well-defined processes that are understood by humans and managed by a well-adapted support system (in that order) will in the long run provide better productivity. None of these three components are static, so we must constantly work on improvements, with the processes as the starting point.
