No. TilliT MES is cloud-hosted, fully managed, and ready to use as soon as you register an account. There is no infrastructure to purchase or maintain – your subscription covers hosting and access.

Any device with a modern web browser can be used with TilliT MES. For mobility and real-time updates, tablets and mobile devices are ideal; for fixed stations or centralized data entry, desktop computers work perfectly.

Regular users only need a web browser. Administrators may choose to install the TilliT Excel Add-In for configuration tasks or bulk data loading.

After a short training session – typically just a few hours – most users can configure TilliT MES.

We recommend nominating a “system champion,” often a quality manager, analyst, or plant manager, who will lead configuration efforts with support from our help portal. No coding or technical background is required.

No. You can activate the features that align with your current priorities and introduce additional capabilities as your needs evolve.

Included with a TilliT license are workflow, order execution, and quality management. If you add a TilliT Edge, you will have access to asset performance.

For the Production Scheduling capability, you will need an additional scheduling license.
