Gain full visibility into both efficiency and service level performance.

Track how your resources are being utilized through detailed insights into man-hours and productivity trends over time. At the same time, monitor quality metrics such as OTIF performance and the distribution between Consolidation and Direct Pick/Pick. This combined view helps you uncover inefficiencies, balance speed and accuracy, and continuously improve warehouse operations.

Finance & A/B Analysis

The Finance view allows you to calculate and visualize warehouse costs based on customer-defined hourly rates, giving you a clearer understanding of how performance affects your bottom line. With built-in A/B analysis, you can compare different time periods – such as before and after process changes – to evaluate the real impact of decisions like new picking strategies and optimize your operations accordingly.

Prototype / Add-on

The LOGIA Management Dashboard is currently in a prototype phase. This means that both design, structure, and functionality may evolve as we continue to refine the solution based on customer feedback and real-world use cases.

The dashboard is not part of the standard LOGIA WMS offering, but is available as an optional add-on for customers who want to extend their solution with advanced reporting, performance tracking, and management-level insights.
