Beckers Industrial Coatings AB and Roima Intelligence Sign a Contract for Industrial Digitalization
Beckers Industrial Coatings AB selected Roima as their SCADA/MES system supplier.
Beckers Industrial Coatings AB, a member of Beckers Group, has started a multi-year digitalization initiative for their site in Märsta, Sweden.
Roima Intelligence is proud to be part of the project by delivering a centralized monitor and control (SCADA) system including MES functionality. The SCADA system is based on the new AVEVA Intouch OMI technology platform. The platform will enable digital scalability for the entire site, the standardization of automation processes for reuse within Beckers Group, and the use of a modern user interface for operator interaction. Roima’s partner Koteko AB will be delivering the electrical design engineering, PLC logic, installation and commissioning needed to create the infrastructure for the delivery.
