

TRAINING: Roima Aton Admin Training, Advanced (English, online)
The Roima Aton administrator’s advanced training focuses on the use of the new Aton Admin Tool introduced in the Aton 7 version, as well as new dynamic forms, such as product and change forms and new workflow. In addition, the aim of the training is to provide the administrator with information and instructions on the more advanced features of Aton’s rights management.
The following prior knowledge and skills are required to participate:
- Basic knowledge of the Aton Client application and previous experience using the Aton system
- Knowledge of the basic Product Lifecycle Management concepts and practices
- Basics of administrator training or previous work as an Aton administrator
The training covers the following areas:
- What’s new in Aton 7
- New dynamic form
- Utilization of a product object
- Change management, using a change form
- New workflow
- Permission control of dynamic forms
- New dynamic form
- In-depth rights management
- Allocation of operations
- Document and item group-specific permissions
- Owner group-specific permissions
- Status rights for user groups
- Visitor Manager
The training will be held online via Microsoft Teams; you can also get involved without an app through a browser.
In the training, you must have your own computer at your disposal, on which you can install the software needed for the training if you wish. Approximately one week before the training, we will send more detailed instructions on how to prepare for the training and ask you to install the training environment in advance according to the instructions.
