Purpose of collecting Personal Data

The data are used in the company’s recruitment processes. All Personal Data consist of information that the applicant himself/herself has submitted through the electronic system and are based on the applicant’s consent.

How and where the Data is collected

The data are received from the registered persons themselves when they fill out job applications in the electronic Talentadore system.

Use for other purpose than reported

The data will not be used for other purposes than reported.

Transfer of Personal Data

Roima Intelligence will not transfer any Personal Data.

As the service supplier, Talentadore Oy has the right to transfer data freely outside EAA in order to provide the service.

Roima Intelligence will not transfer any Personal Data.

As the service supplier, Talentadore Oy has the right to transfer data freely outside EAA in order to provide the service in accordance with relevant data protection legislation in force.

Storage and destruction of Data

The storage period is 12 months. After that time, the data of the applicant in question are automatically deleted from the recruitment system. If the company wishes to store the data for a longer period of time, it will request the applicant’s permission to do so.

The rights of the Registered

Each registered person has the right to check his/her own Personal Data in the register and request rectification or correction of erroneous data as well as the deletion of their Personal Data. All requests are to be submitted in writing to the Data Controller.
