TilliT MES is engineered on AWS to meet the stringent demands of modern manufacturing. Automated performance scaling, resilient system architecture, and continuous deployment pipelines ensure uninterrupted production and ongoing improvement.
Harnessing serverless technologies
At the core of TilliT MES is AWS Lambda, complemented by serverless services including DynamoDB, API Gateway, and S3, allowing us to process high volumes of data and transactions without manual resource provisioning.
For relational data workloads, we rely on AWS Aurora, offering exceptional performance and automatic scalability while minimizing traditional database administration.
By utilizing serverless and fully managed technologies, we transfer more of the shared responsibility to AWS and its engineering teams, allowing us to deliver new features more rapidly and reduce infrastructure risk for manufacturers.
Data security
We take data security seriously. All TilliT MES data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, ensuring sensitive information is always safeguarded. Our security practices are continuously evaluated to provide confidence and peace of mind.
Access control
Access to TilliT MES is managed through granular permissions, ensuring that each user receives only the access required for their role.
All access to customer data is logged, supporting transparency, accountability, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Authentication
TilliT MES supports strong password authentication and SAML integration, ensuring secure, streamlined login experiences within enterprise environments.
Redundancy and backup
Building TilliT MES on AWS ensures redundancy is embedded by design.
Our database cluster operates across multiple physical AWS locations, providing fault tolerance and maximizing availability.
We perform hourly backups, retained for 7 days, and daily backups, retained for 30 days, ensuring comprehensive data protection and recovery capabilities.
