FAQs

Do we need to upgrade our WMS?

No. Aura works with your current LOGIA or FidaWare setup - every dataset it needs already exists in your WMS. What it can investigate depends on your module configuration and subscription tier.

What if I cannot attend live?

All registrants receive the full replay within 24-48 hours, plus a written summary and answers to every question raised during the Q&A session.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

Nothing is required. If you want to get the most from the Q&A, think about a specific planning question or scenario you would like the team to address. All registrants receive a prep note one week before the confirmed date.

Can we see it run on our own data first?
