Roima powers digital transformation at Alesayi Beverage with AVEVA MES

This collaboration marks a major milestone: Roima, an Endorsed AVEVA System Integrator, is now a trusted delivery partner for AVEVA MES solutions in the region. The project will transform operations at ABC1, a 75,000 m² facility producing carbonated soft drinks, energy beverages, malt drinks, and iced tea with a remarkable capacity of 225,000 cans per hour.

Founded in 1959, Alesayi Beverage Corporation is part of the diversified, family-owned Alesayiah Holding Company Ltd. With a strong footprint across the GCC, MENA, North America, and Australia, Alesayi operates two beverage factories and exports to over 500 off-trade outlets.

Its broad product portfolio includes soft drinks, energy drinks, still water, sparkling water, juices, coffee ready to drink, chocolate drinks, and milk-based beverages. It is supported by a group of sister companies in packaging, cement, paper, tires, and logistics.

Starting in July 2025, Roima will spearhead the design and implementation of the AVEVA Composable MES, fully integrated with SCADA and connected to enterprise business systems like ERP. The system is also being future-proofed for integration with additional platforms such as a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

The AVEVA MES will enable:

• Increased production efficiency and throughput
• Improved real-time visibility and reporting
• Enhanced product quality, compliance, and traceability
• Real-time, data-driven decision-making, transforming operations into a truly connected factory

The design phase will continue through Q3 2025, with go-live expected in Q2 2026. Project execution includes close collaboration with on-site teams in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
